TRACK
& FIELD TRAINING GROUPS
To accommodate athletes of different ages and abilities,
our club is divided into several different training
groups. We will have a "Developmental/Screening"
Group, for new or developing athletes who need some
basic instruction, conditioning and guidance to determine
what events they are most proficient in. We will have
a "Sprint" group for athletes who specialize
in events from 100m to 400m. We will have a "Middle
Distance Group" for athletes specializing in 800m/1500m.
And we will have a "Distance Group" for athletes
specializing 1500m to 3000m. Please refer to our calendar
for info about when and where these groups hold practices.
We will do our best to accommodate athletes who are
also interested in field events, but we are not staffed
to cover these events comprehensively.
